Who I Am
I’m someone who genuinely cares about people—individuals, couples, families, small businesses, and the communities they build. For more than forty years, I’ve worked inside commercial banking, credit risk, loan workouts, and bank supervision, helping people and institutions face financial realities with honesty and clarity. I call balls and strikes because caring requires candor, and I’ve always believed that clear truth is one of the most helpful things we can offer each other. At the core, I want to help those who want clarity—giving people tools to strengthen their personal well‑being and helping businesses find practical, workable solutions to their financial challenges.
What I’ve Witnessed
Across my working life, I’ve watched individuals, families, businesses, and financial institutions move deeper into patterns that aren’t sustainable—rising debt, strained budgets, unfunded obligations, and systems under pressure. I’ve tracked these risks for decades and seen how they touch real people and real communities long before they show up in headlines. Debt changes behavior. It changes relationships. It changes institutions and nations.When these pressures converge, the impact reaches every household and every business, and the financial landscape shifts in ways that demand clear thinking and practical solutions. My aim is to help those who want clarity by giving them tools they can use to understand these realities and solve their own financial challenges with confidence.

CreditRMA sharpens credit risk management tools, strengthens regulatory risk rating practices, improves asset quality monitoring, and fosters a credit culture grounded in respect, transparency, and open dialogue. It focuses on understanding the root cause of credit risk, encouraging borrower cooperation, identifying special risks, maximizing recovery in the shortest possible time, and applying the best debt repayment solutions during downturns. What I Believe
